  • I set Josh Cooks up so I can cook the food I love to eat, for others. Hopefully I can simplify peoples’ lives, deliver them great tasting healthy food, and create a small sustainable business for myself that allows me to live the simple life I’m looking for. I’ve got no intention of growing this into something bigger. I want to keep it small, personal and delicious!

  • No, just my weekly vegetarian menu is. I have meat and fish dishes on my private catering menus.

  • I deliver on a Tuesday each week approximately 5-8 pm

  • I don’t have an algorithm to work out delivery times and optimise routes, so I’m still in the process of working out exactly where I can deliver, but to start I will deliver to the following postcodes…NW10, NW8, NW6, NW3, NW2, NW1, W10, W9

    Deliveries will be made on Tuesday evenings between approximately 5-8 pm. If you are not in these postcodes please get in touch and I’ll let you know what I can do

  • Orders need to be placed on the Saturday by 7pm

  • Yes, I am keeping this small and limited, and hope for it to sell out each week, so I suggest ordering sooner rather than later

  • No, I can cater in a much larger area, just get in touch and we can discuss your needs

  • No, currently, I am just doing local delivery, once I have a system set up and I know my timings, I will work out a time that will be suitable for collection.

  • My food is intended to be eaten within three days, so with delivery on Tuesday, it should be eaten by Friday

  • Much of the menu, like the dips and salads are intended to be eaten at room temperature. Other dishes can be reheated in a preheated oven fan at approx 170c for approximately 10-20 minutes until piping hot. You can find details at the bottom of the weekly menu page.

  • I’m not vegetarian but I do love cooking with vegetables and always try and eat as many as I can in my meals. I thought it made sense to try and help others eat more vegetables, and seeing as I am just providing a few meals each week it’s just an opportunity to help people eat less meat, and maybe get some inspiration for future vegetarian meals
